This was probably our most fun rehab, ever! We decided to be extremely creative and cater to the neighborhood. In the beginning stages during demo and planning, we noticed the community was filled with the cutest dogs! Every one was always out walking with their furry friends, no matter the weather. We decided to incorporate some fun and useful dog features in our newly finished basement. We also opened up the previous galley kitchen, added a range hood, farmhouse sink, quartz counters and two-tone cabinets that were my favorite! I talked Danny into letting me use a little bit of wallpaper in the bathroom as an accent, and paint the exterior brick, and I think they both turned out fabulous. 🙂 This was another rehab that went pending in a day over asking price..we are blessed!!
