This was our first rehab where we completely switched rooms around. When we purchased it, the kitchen was a tiny square area. The space the previous owners used as their dining area was a lot more spacious. We decided to flip flop rooms. It took detailed planning and different layouts to make it work. The windows in our "new" kitchen weren't counter height, so essentially we had to put our kitchen on two walls only. It turned out beautifully. We also incorporated some fun accent colors and details in this home. It was definitely the most charming cape cod on the block!
